MemberBook utilizes secure cloud-based infrastructures to offer real-time data synchronization and shared workspace features:

• Cloud Processing Backend: All workspace inputs, roster details, and logs are securely transmitted to and synchronized with Google Cloud’s Firebase backend servers (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore).
• Collaborator Workspaces: If you invite other users via our Collaboration feature, the associated workspace information will be securely accessed and modified based on the permissions you grant.

3. Data Retention and Deletion (Account Closure)

Your personal data and operational entries will be securely maintained for as long as you maintain an active account with the Service. Users hold the absolute right to clear their digital footprint at any time. By navigating to [Settings > Account Deletion] within the app, you can request permanent deletion. Upon this action, all account bindings, related workspaces, and underlying database structures on our Firestore cloud will be immediately and irreversibly destroyed.

4. Data Security

The security of your tracking data is vital to us. We implement industry-accepted security frameworks to protect your records:

• Transit and Storage Encryption: Data is securely transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) protocols and encrypted automatically using AES-256 (Encryption at Rest) when stored on Google servers.
• Access Controls: We deploy strict Firebase Security Rules to block unauthorized third-party malicious inquiries and ensure only validated account credentials can access their specific workspace fields.
