1. Account and Integration

To use MemberBook, you must log in via a valid third-party authentication pipeline (Google Sign-In). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. In-App Subscriptions and Billing Policies

MemberBook offers tier-based service allocations (FREE, BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM) through Google Play In-App Purchases:

• Paid Tiers: Subscription benefits, pricing structures, and usage thresholds (e.g., limits on roster capacity or collaborator limits) are determined in accordance with the application's checkout page.
• Automatic Renewal: All billing tracks operate via continuous subscription architectures handled directly by Google Play. Cancellations must be performed within your external Google Account parameters.
• ⚠️ CRITICAL CAUTION: Simply triggering the "Account Deletion" menu inside our app or deleting the software will NOT automatically stop your recurring billing. You must manually cancel your active subscription plan within the Google Play Store interface to avoid subsequent charges.

3. Workspace Collaboration and Content Responsibility

Our platform allows workspace owners to invite other users as "Collaborators" with defined interface access permissions:

• The workspace owner holds complete accountability for data added, altered, or wiped out by invited collaborator credentials.
• We assume zero liability for intentional or accidental deletion of records, attendance books, or ledger charts caused by the delegation of access privileges.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. While we implement secure Firebase cloud protocols, nBit AppStudio does not declare absolute invulnerability regarding electronic wireless synchronizations or network disconnect disruptions. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, missing files, or system crashes resulting from local device background malfunctions or force majeure occurrences.

5. Termination and Data Erasure

You can dissolve your legal connection with us at any time via the [Settings > Account Deletion] interface inside the mobile app. Upon validation, all of your associated workspace configurations, databases, and structural entries hosted inside Cloud Firestore will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

💡 If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it: You can request account and data erasure by contacting our support gateway directly at nbit.handykim@gmail.com. Please provide your registered account details, and we will process the permanent deletion of all your hosted data within 24–48 hours.

제1조 (회원 가입 및 계정 관리)

1. 이용자는 구글 연동 로그인(Google Sign-In) 인증을 거쳐 본 약관에 동의함으로써 서비스 이용을 신청할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 본인의 로그인 계정 관리에 대한 책임을 지며, 제3자의 부정 사용으로 인해 발생하는 모든 손해에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

제2조 (유료 서비스 이용 요금 및 청구 정책)

1. 회사는 정해진 등급(FREE, BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM)에 따른 유료 구독 모델을 운영하며, 모든 요금 결제 및 갱신 프로세스는 구글 플레이 스토어(Google Play In-App Purchase)의 인프라 및 환불 정책을 준수합니다.
2. 정기 구독 상품은 매월 지정된 날짜에 자동으로 갱신 및 과금됩니다.
3. ⚠️ 핵심 주의사항: 앱 내에서 단순히 [회원 탈퇴] 메뉴를 실행하거나 모바일 앱을 삭제하더라도 구글 플레이 스토어의 유료 정기 결제(구독)가 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 추가 과금을 방지하기 위해서는 반드시 구글 플레이 스토어 앱의 '정기 결제' 메뉴로 이동하여 직접 구독 취소 처리를 완료하셔야 합니다.

제3조 (공동 작업자 기능 및 권한 분배의 책임)

1. 워크스페이스 소유자(Owner)는 타인을 공동 작업자(Collaborator)로 초대하고 특정 편집/열람 권한을 위임할 수 있습니다.
2. 초대받은 공동 작업자의 조작(데이터 추가, 수정, 전체 파기, 장부 조작 등)으로 인해 발생하는 모든 데이터 유실이나 법적 분쟁의 책임은 전적으로 워크스페이스 소유자에게 귀속되며, 회사는 이에 대해 어떠한 복구 의무나 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제4조 (손해배상 및 책임의 제한)

1. 회사는 안정적인 백엔드 인프라(Firebase 클라우드 시스템) 및 보안 규칙을 유지하기 위해 노력하나, 천재지변, 구글 클라우드 플랫폼의 자체 장애, 기기 내부의 백그라운드 환경 불량으로 인한 무선 데이터 동기화 에러 등 예측 불가능한 사유로 발생한 데이터 유실이나 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 본 서비스를 통해 관리되는 이용자의 회원 명부, 회비 장부, 출석부 데이터의 정확성 및 목적 적합성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

제5조 (이용 계약의 해지 및 완전 파기)

회원은 언제든지 앱 내의 [설정 > 회원 탈퇴] 기능을 실행하여 서비스 이용 계약을 즉시 해지할 수 있습니다. 회원 탈퇴가 처리되는 즉시, 해당 사용자의 프로필 정보 및 연동된 모든 워크스페이스의 하위 데이터 자원(출석부, 회비 내역 등)은 파이어베이스 클라우드(Firestore) 서버 상에서 영구히 삭제되며 어떠한 수단으로도 복구할 수 없습니다.

💡 앱을 이미 삭제했거나 앱 내 탈퇴 기능 이용이 불가능한 경우: 개발사 지원 이메일인 nbit.handykim@gmail.com으로 가입하신 구글 계정 정보와 함께 삭제를 요청하시면, 본인 확인 후 24~48시간 이내에 해당 계정과 연동된 모든 클라우드 데이터를 영구 파기해 드립니다.

제6조 (준거법 및 관할 법원)

본 약관의 해석 및 회사와 회원 간의 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 이와 관련하여 발생하는 소송의 관할은 대한민국 민사소송법에 따른 법원으로 합니다.
