nbit ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Antitheft mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information within the App.
By installing and using this App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
Our App functions primarily as a local utility on your device and does not require user registration or accounts. However, to provide the core security functions and display advertisements, the following data may be processed:
- Photos and Videos: When a potential theft event is detected (e.g., device shaking, charger disconnection), the App utilizes the front-facing camera to capture snapshots or record videos of the incident. These files are saved directly and exclusively to your device's local storage (Gallery). We do not transmit these media files to any external servers.
- Audio/Voice Recordings: The App accesses the microphone to include ambient audio in evidence videos and to allow you to record a custom alarm voice. These audio files are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
2. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services (Advertisements)
We do not run our own database servers and do not share your personal media files with third parties. However, the App integrates third-party services for monetization and analytics that may collect or share data:
- Google AdMob: To display banner and rewarded video advertisements, the App integrates the Google AdMob SDK. AdMob may collect and share Device IDs or Other IDs (such as the Google Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads and fraud detection. This data handling is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all captured photos, videos, and custom voice recordings are stored strictly within your device's local storage, we do not retain any of your personal data on external servers. You can delete your collected data at any time simply by removing the media files from your device's gallery or by uninstalling the App.
4. Permissions Required
To execute its security features, the App requests the following runtime permissions:
- CAMERA: Required to take snapshots and record videos of unauthorized users.
- RECORD_AUDIO: Required to capture audio during video recording and for custom alarm voice inputs.
- BILLING (In-App Purchases): Required to process optional coin refills through Google Play's billing system.
5. Children's Privacy
This App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. All data remains local to the device.

nbit(이하 "개발자")는 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 도난방지 앱(Antitheft)(이하 "앱")의 이용자 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 내에서 사용자의 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.
앱을 설치하고 이용함으로써 사용자는 본 방침에 따른 정보의 수집 및 사용에 동의하게 됩니다.
1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 계정 생성을 요구하지 않는 순수 로컬 실행형 유틸리티 앱입니다. 다만, 도난 방지라는 핵심 보안 기능 수행 및 광고 송출을 위해 아래와 같은 데이터가 기기 내에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 사진 및 동영상: 기기 흔들림이나 충전기 분실 등 도난 이벤트가 감지되면, 전면 카메라를 구동하여 도둑의 얼굴 스냅샷을 촬영하거나 증거 영상을 녹화합니다. 촬영된 모든 미디어 파일은 사용자의 기기 내부 저장공간(갤러리)에만 안전하게 저장되며, 개발자의 외부 서버로 일절 전송되지 않습니다.
- 음성 및 오디오 녹음: 증거 동영상 녹화 시 주변 소리를 함께 기록하거나, 설정창에서 사용자가 직접 경보음으로 사용할 목소리를 녹음할 때 마이크 권한을 사용합니다. 해당 오디오 데이터 역시 기기 내에만 저장되며 외부로 유출되지 않습니다.
2. 제3자 제공 및 공유 (광고 SDK 탑재)
개발자는 별도의 데이터베이스 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 사진, 비디오 등 개인 미디어 파일을 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다. 단, 앱 내 수익화 및 광고 송출을 위해 아래와 같은 제3자 서비스 SDK가 포함되어 있으며, 해당 플랫폼에서 데이터를 수집 및 공유할 수 있습니다.
- 구글 애드몹 (Google AdMob): 하단 배너 광고 및 보상형 동영상 광고를 제공하기 위해 구글 애드몹 SDK를 사용합니다. 애드몹은 맞춤형 광고 제공 및 부정 클릭 방지를 위해 사용자의 기기 ID 또는 기타 ID (Google 광고 ID 등)를 수집하고 공유할 수 있습니다. 이는 구글 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.
3. 데이터 보유 및 파기 정책
앱 내에서 생성된 모든 사진, 동영상, 음성 파일은 사용자 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 존재하며 개발자의 서버에는 어떠한 데이터도 저장되지 않습니다. 따라서 사용자는 언제든지 스마트폰 갤러리 앱에서 해당 미디어를 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제함으로써 수집된 데이터를 영구히 파기할 수 있습니다.
4. 필수 및 선택적 접근권한 고지
앱의 핵심 보안 기능을 수행하기 위해 앱 실행 시 다음 권한을 요청합니다.
- 카메라 (CAMERA): 무단 기기 접근자의 얼굴 스냅샷 촬영 및 증거 영상 녹화를 위해 필수적입니다.
- 오디오 녹음 (RECORD_AUDIO): 비디오 녹화 시 주변 음성 기록 및 사용자 맞춤 경보음 녹음을 위해 사용됩니다.
- 결제 권한 (BILLING): 구글 플레이 인앱 결제 시스템을 통한 코인 충전 기능을 안전하게 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.
